Description

  • Conduct competitive market analysis and user research for new digital stethoscope concepts.
  • Evaluate clinical AI products to identify which features are effective and which are not.
  • Use data to help build business cases for product strategy and clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate directly with the co-founder to brainstorm, define, and shape new features and enhancements.
  • Work cross-functionally with other Eko teams to learn and support medical startup operations.
  • Independently manage assigned projects and communicate progress clearly and transparently.
  • Support feature development and product concept evaluation as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program; healthcare, engineering, or business focus preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in clinical AI, medical devices, digital health, or startup operations.
  • Coursework, personal projects, or prior internship experience involving market research, competitive analysis, or product strategy.
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work about 10 hours per week while prioritizing academic commitments.
  • Strong ability to gather data, research market trends, and translate findings into clear product recommendations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting concepts directly to a co-founder.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Figma experience is not required but is welcome.
