Description

  • Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy NICE CXone IEX solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Provide technical and business consulting across workforce management, CX transformation, process automation, and omnichannel technologies.
  • Influence opportunity strategy, technology selection, solution concepts, and product offerings.
  • Shape client business relationships and engagement strategies with leadership stakeholders.
  • Develop solution pitches, value propositions, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with system analysts, project managers, developers, partners, and clients to deliver projects successfully.
  • Work within agile or waterfall development processes and participate in required meetings and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with NICE CXone and unified communications environments.
  • Hands-on design, configuration, and deployment experience with NICE CXone IEX.
  • Knowledge of NICE CXone and process automation technologies; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business requirements.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer-facing presentation skills, including developing solution pitches, value propositions, and demos.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical and business consulting experience across workforce management technologies.
