Description

  • Design and execute internal and external organizational research studies.
  • Develop research methodologies using focus groups, stakeholder interviews, surveys, benchmarking, and qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Conduct on-site research and facilitate discussions with stakeholders across organizational levels and dispersed U.S. locations.
  • Analyze research findings to identify organizational trends, gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Develop ROI and business-impact analyses for potential organizational changes.
  • Translate findings into actionable organizational design recommendations.
  • Create strategic roadmaps connecting recommendations to implementation activities.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
  • Align research outcomes with business objectives and support potential implementation planning.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting large Fortune 100 organizations in organizational research, design, effectiveness, strategy, transformation, or related consulting engagements.
  • Hands-on experience designing and conducting internal and external research studies.
  • Experience with focus groups, stakeholder interviews, organizational assessments, benchmarking, and research-driven strategy development.
  • Ability to manage work from research and analysis through recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation planning.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex findings into practical recommendations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities for data-driven executive presentations and analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ROI and business-impact analysis.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams in a consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer; C2C arrangements are not available.
