Description

  • Support testifying experts in complex antitrust and related litigation matters.
  • Design and implement econometric models and statistical analyses using advanced empirical and estimation techniques.
  • Manage and review workstreams to ensure accuracy and quality of work product.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff on analytical approach and execution.
  • Conduct independent research and analysis with minimal supervision.
  • Clean and analyze data using SAS and/or Stata.
  • Produce memoranda, reports, and exhibits summarizing analyses and findings.
  • Communicate complex economic and econometric concepts to attorneys, clients, and testifying experts.
  • Collaborate with case teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Economics, or an advanced degree with substantial relevant experience.
  • Focus in microeconomics, applied microeconomics, industrial organization, or econometrics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting testifying experts in complex antitrust and related litigation matters.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in econometric modeling and statistical analysis on real-world datasets.
  • Significant hands-on experience with SAS and/or Stata.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex economic concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proven leadership and project management abilities, including mentoring junior staff and managing workstreams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
