Description

  • Support customer transition from implementation or managed services into a self-sufficient operating model.
  • Assess customer readiness across people, process, governance, and technology.
  • Contribute to transition plans, customer success milestones, and enablement activities.
  • Guide customer teams on elluminate usage, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Deliver customer enablement sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Advise customers on operational processes and responsibilities for elluminate ownership and usage.
  • Support governance for data ingestion, data quality, access, and analytics consumption.
  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation aligned to elluminate workflows.
  • Translate platform capabilities into practical business processes and user guidance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Implementation, Managed Services, and Support teams to improve handoffs and share adoption insights.
  • Identify opportunities to expand or deepen customer use of elluminate capabilities.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure customer maturity, independence, and value realization.

Requirements

  • Sc, B.Tech, or MS, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in SaaS service delivery, consulting, customer success, or advisory roles preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms, data platforms, or regulated industry software preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer adoption, enablement, or operational transition initiatives preferred.
  • Experience working with life sciences or clinical development software, such as EDC, data management, or analytics platforms.
  • Strong consulting and customer engagement skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including customer-facing presentations.
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
