Description

  • Prospect, pitch, and win new clients for the Eagle Eye platform across the assigned territory.
  • Build and progress a new business pipeline of prospects through to closure.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the market, customer pain points, and target account priorities.
  • Create relationship strategies for key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Work with key partners to identify and drive revenue opportunities within the sector.
  • Present the product and value proposition effectively to client audiences at all seniority levels.
  • Prepare pitch materials, commercial proposals, and other prospect-facing content.
  • Take meeting notes, follow up on actions, and respond to client needs quickly and professionally.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close profitable deals with urgency.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, VPs, and Customer Success to support the sales process and handoff.

Requirements

  • Ambitious, driven, self-starting, and able to close deals.
  • Tenacious, charismatic, and motivated with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Able to articulate sales messaging clearly and uncover customer needs through questioning.
  • Able to influence and negotiate with clients and manage commercial discussions confidently.
  • Goal- and target-oriented with a proven track record of prospecting, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Understanding of SaaS products.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business change.
  • Collaborative team player with professional presence and the ability to engage internal stakeholders.
