Description

  • Complete an online, self-paced training programme leading to a CIPD qualification.
  • Participate in a guaranteed remote internship with a host company.
  • Support HR, recruitment, and workplace communication tasks during the internship.
  • Develop practical knowledge of Human Resources and talent-focused functions.
  • Work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Engage with tutor support and structured learning throughout the programme.
  • Build experience that may lead into HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or People Operations roles.

Requirements

  • No previous HR qualifications or experience are required.
  • A good grasp of English is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people are required.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail are required.
  • Motivation to learn and develop professionally is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively is required.
  • The programme is suitable for candidates based anywhere, as all training and internship activity is remote.
  • Applicants should be willing to complete a structured training programme before being introduced to a host company.
