Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of MSP and MSSP services from definition through optimization.
  • Define ideal customer profiles and target customer profiles, and segment offerings by customer size, vertical, and business unit.
  • Maintain a normalized product and service catalog and own supporting internal and client-facing documentation.
  • Establish governance for documentation standards, templates, approvals, and service updates.
  • Develop and maintain cost models, pricing structures, MSRP, and unit economics.
  • Partner with Delivery, Security Operations, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Support to align service design and execution.
  • Define required roles, skills, and certifications with operational teams and support training and enablement programs.
  • Drive AI-enabled delivery strategies, automation opportunities, and service innovation.
  • Build and communicate product roadmaps and release cycles.
  • Ensure offerings align with compliance requirements, SLAs, contractual obligations, and market demand.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in technical services such as MSP, MSSP, or similar.
  • Proven success productizing complex service offerings, not just software.
  • Strong experience with IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity services.
  • Ability to create clear, precise documentation and client-facing materials.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Broad technical fluency across MSP/MSSP domains, including infrastructure, cloud, and security, preferred.
  • Experience in service-based or subscription business models, preferred.
  • One or more of the following certifications: AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Pragmatic Institute Certification.
  • Preferred certifications include PMI-PBA, PMP, or relevant Microsoft/technical certifications.
