Description

  • Lead the evolution of core talent cycles, including performance management, 360-degree feedback, and promotion frameworks.
  • Architect standardized competency models and career ladders across global functions.
  • Design and facilitate talent reviews, including identifying high-potential leaders and building a succession pipeline.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support manager enablement for high-performing teams.
  • Own the integrated talent management and rewards roadmap, including project health, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and continuously improve a lean project management methodology.
  • Act as the primary connector between Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leadership.
  • Develop enterprise performance metrics and dashboards to measure the impact of people programs.
  • Use data to perform root-cause analysis on organizational trends and inform executive decisions.
  • Provide executive leadership with actionable insights, recommendations, and trade-off analysis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, People Operations, and portfolio/program management.
  • Senior-level ownership of company-wide talent programs in fast-paced, product-led, or high-growth environments.
  • Comfort and curiosity with AI tools for talent program design, analytics, and portfolio management.
  • Proven track record building or leading a PMO and shipping complex, multi-stakeholder programs on time.
  • Deep knowledge of modern talent practices, including performance systems, org design, competency/career frameworks, succession planning, and manager effectiveness.
  • Expert operational rigor with program/project management frameworks and process improvement methodologies such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Lean principles.
  • Strong data fluency and a product mindset for people analytics and dashboard design.
  • Excellent executive communication and influencing skills with the ability to simplify complexity and align stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of modern talent management theories, including performance psychology, organizational design, and succession modeling.
  • Expert-level proficiency in project management frameworks such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $183,200 to $274,800 USD.
  • Base salary is supplemented by equity compensation.
