Description

  • Develop and communicate a LATAM partnership strategy with a focus on Mexico and Brazil based on market insights and regional landscape knowledge.
  • Lead existing partnerships and the partnership pipeline across LATAM verticals including app stores, telcos, media and entertainment, banks, public institutions, and payment providers.
  • Source and develop new partnership opportunities with measurable impact on key business metrics.
  • Build quantitative business cases to evaluate and support strategic partnership investments.
  • Negotiate and implement partnerships that support user growth, brand awareness, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to launch and amplify brand partnerships.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to influence integrations needed for successful partnership execution.
  • Manage partnerships through their full lifecycle, from deal sourcing and negotiation to tracking outcomes and results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business development experience, with a track record in digital consumer (B2C) technology partnerships.
  • Experience working in consulting, banking, or business development.
  • Experience conceiving, developing, and implementing partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing, business cases, negotiations, execution, and results tracking.
  • Deep cultural context and immersion in the LATAM regional landscape, with the ability to use an existing network to launch partnerships.
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to build and present data-driven narratives.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently internationally, including to New York City, Pittsburgh (HQ), and across LATAM.
  • Experience with mobile apps and subscription-based services, preferred.
  • Experience living and working in multiple LATAM markets, preferred.
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese, preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent experience from a reputable university, preferred.
