Description

  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex roles, including application review, proactive sourcing, closing, and cross-functional coordination with compensation, HRBP, and immigration teams.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Screen and assess candidates against defined performance outcomes and facilitate structured debrief discussions.
  • Lead offer strategy, approvals, negotiation, and proactive closing plans for competitive talent.
  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding partnership.
  • Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and AI tools to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Influence scalable hiring practices and support recruiting outcomes across specialized domains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) hiring in fast-paced or evolving environments.
  • Proven track record of building, engaging, and converting high-quality technical talent pipelines in competitive markets using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex requisitions while influencing stakeholders and driving hiring decisions.
  • Strong understanding of technical interview processes, structured assessment methods, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience leveraging data, market insights, and AI tools to improve sourcing strategies, decision-making, and recruiting efficiency.
  • Ability to treat employee experience as a product, applying product management and design thinking with strong project management and data-driven iteration.
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools in the flow of work; familiarity with AI to enhance productivity is strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel quarterly for in-person gatherings.
  • Prior in-house recruiting experience within a technology or product-driven company (preferred).
  • Experience hiring for distributed teams (preferred).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to shape hiring strategy and outcomes (preferred).
