Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for Teams expansion, connecting collaboration to licensed team growth.
  • Identify the highest-leverage customer problems and translate research findings into roadmap opportunities.
  • Design and ship expansion experiences across invite flows, request-to-join surfaces, licensing on-ramps, and admin UX improvements.
  • Define, track, and analyze expansion metrics, including expansion rates, admin approval rates, join success rates, and license growth.
  • Partner across Engineering, Design, Research, Growth, and other teams to align the expansion system and ensure workstreams reinforce one another.
  • Represent the expansion workstream to senior leaders with clear framing of strategy, tradeoffs, and progress.
  • Write product specs, drive cross-functional execution, and manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Use data to diagnose problems, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management experience with customer-facing products or features in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results for users and the business through disciplined discovery, prioritization, and execution.
  • Strong customer instincts, especially for SMB teams in industries like construction and media/creative production.
  • Ability to independently analyze funnels, interpret experimentation results, and combine quantitative and qualitative signals to make product decisions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, data science, and growth partners.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity across a broad product surface area while still diving deep when needed.
  • Preferred: experience at a B2B SaaS company with a product-led growth motion.
  • Preferred: familiarity with team or collaboration products and how individuals and admins make decisions about team tools.
  • Preferred: experience designing or improving invite, join, and expansion flows with measurable impact on activation or conversion.
  • Preferred: strong analytical skills, including the ability to independently query data and run or interpret A/B tests.
  • Preferred: experience building for file-heavy, collaboration-dependent workflows in construction or media/creative production.

Benefits

  • Canada pay range of $185,300 to $250,700 CAD.
