Description

  • Drive the product and platform partnerships strategy by identifying new partnership opportunities across current and future product lines.
  • Focus on AI/ML partnerships, including both inbound partnerships that enhance Dropbox products and outbound partnerships that integrate Dropbox into AI-driven platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans for partner-led or partner-involved initiatives.
  • Develop product alignment, business cases, negotiations, integration plans, go-to-market plans, and account management for partnership initiatives.
  • Build joint business plans with partners, including end-to-end go-to-market plans, KPIs, success metrics, governance, and joint accountability.
  • Manage technical and business negotiations and partner with Legal to develop and negotiate custom partnership agreements and scalable templates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Own and lead a portfolio of strategic partnerships and help drive product strategy and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or partnership management.
  • Experience with AI/ML partnerships.
  • Experience with SaaS.
  • Proven ability to bring product partnerships from conception to execution in a 0-to-1 environment.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to discuss product specifications with technical teams.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures.
  • Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex issues into concrete plans.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • MBA and/or management consulting background is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $162,200–$219,400 USD for US Zone 2.
  • Competitive base salary of $144,200–$195,000 USD for US Zone 3.
  • The role is not available in US Zone 1.
