Description

  • Partner with Account Executives and Data Analyst teams to support customer conversations and implementations.
  • Design, model, and configure proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations within Drivetrain.
  • Translate CFO and finance leader requirements into robust technical and financial logic.
  • Design scalable data models and advise prospects on structuring ERP, CRM, and HRIS data for the platform.
  • Lead technical workshops to define business logic, map data flows, and build customized models live.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify limitations in current planning and reporting architectures.
  • Provide detailed implementation feedback to Product and Engineering on data handling, modeling flexibility, and calculation engine performance.
  • Demonstrate the value of Drivetrain to CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in EPM implementation, Sales Engineering, or Technical Finance roles.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA designation is highly preferred.
  • Background in FP&A or Corporate Finance is strongly preferred.
  • Deep modeling experience in at least one major EPM product such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, TM1/Planning Analytics, Planful, Vena, Jedox, Abacum, or Runway.
  • Working knowledge of data structures such as schemas, dimensions, and cubes.
  • Understanding of the three financial statements, revenue recognition, and driver-based planning.
  • Experience building models directly, rather than only presenting slides.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
