Description

  • Build and maintain core sales assets, including decks, product one-pagers, pitch narratives, and demo leave-behinds.
  • Own sales enablement materials such as competitive battlecards, objection-handling frameworks, and conversation playbooks.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and launch assets.
  • Research customers and market trends and translate insights into improved positioning and messaging across the buyer journey.
  • Partner with Commercial and Customer Success to create customer case studies for sales, events, and digital use.
  • Support the thought leadership programme with guides, articles, and data-led insight content.
  • Audit existing sales assets, embed with the commercial team, and improve the core sales deck and GTM library.
  • Own the full go-to-market asset library used by the commercial team to win deals.

Requirements

  • Experience building GTM sales assets, decks, one-pagers, and battlecards in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong writing ability to simplify complex technical products into clear, differentiated narratives.
  • Comfort working directly with sales and commercial teams to turn discovery into effective materials.
  • Strong design eye and ability to produce on-brand, professional presentation materials.
  • Self-starter who can set priorities, work autonomously, and ship without heavy hand-holding.
  • Evidence of impact matters more than a specific number of years of experience.
  • Background in automotive, mobility, or adjacent B2B verticals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with competitive positioning frameworks such as April Dunford's Obviously Awesome is a plus.
  • Experience at a similar-sized scale-up of around 20–50 people is a plus.
  • Experience with lead generation, marketing automation, or AdTech products is a plus.
