Description

  • Own end-to-end media buying for DREAMLABS clients across paid social channels, especially Meta/Facebook and Google.
  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns with $1M+ in monthly ad spend while maintaining performance discipline.
  • Build and maintain advanced testing frameworks to improve campaign performance over time.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, data, and growth teams to maximize results.
  • Track and analyze performance using first-party data, attribution tools, and dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights on ROAS, MER, CAC, audience cohorts, and lifetime value signals.
  • Communicate strategy, pacing, and optimization recommendations to internal teams and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Mentor and elevate junior and mid-level media buyers.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex performance challenges.
  • Own campaign architecture, client relationships, and scaling decisions for enterprise-level accounts.

Requirements

  • Personally managed $20M+ in cumulative Facebook ad spend across multiple brands and funnels.
  • Experience managing accounts spending $1M+ per month.
  • Deep experience with performance marketing and ecommerce DTC client environments.
  • Experience with Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, or similar tracking and attribution tools.
  • Experience with TikTok, Google Ads, or CTV at scale.
  • Worked at a performance-driven agency such as Common Thread Collective, Mutesix, or Hawke Media (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel attribution, blended metrics, and incremental lift testing.
  • Ability to think strategically beyond platform dashboards and build long-term performance playbooks.
  • Strong communication skills for translating data into clear recommendations.
  • Autonomous, ownership-driven approach with precision in fast-paced environments.
