Description

  • Own Google and YouTube Ads accounts across Shopping, Performance Max, Search, and YouTube for the agency’s largest clients.
  • Build campaign strategy, run execution, and take accountability for account performance and results.
  • Develop YouTube campaign strategy, including audience targeting, creative direction, and funnel placement.
  • Manage campaign architecture, bid strategy, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization.
  • Prepare weekly performance reporting and QA the numbers before client delivery.
  • Lead direct client communication through weekly calls, performance narratives, and clear next steps.
  • Provide cross-channel feedback so Google and YouTube insights inform creative and Meta strategy.
  • Make decisions quickly in client conversations with founders and CMOs of large DTC brands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency experience managing Google and YouTube Ads for DTC eCommerce brands.
  • US-based with full-time availability.
  • Proven experience building and scaling YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of creative formats, view-through attribution, and YouTube’s role in full-funnel DTC strategy.
  • Proven track record managing $500K+ per month in Google and YouTube spend across multiple accounts.
  • Experience building Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns from the ground up.
  • Understanding of blended MER, nCPA, and incrementality, with the ability to explain these concepts to clients.
  • GA4 proficiency and experience with attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar.
  • Agency-side background only; in-house candidates will not be considered.
