Description

  • Discover user problems and needs by interviewing customers on construction sites and participating in sales and customer success conversations.
  • Work with product design and engineering to shape and narrow solutions.
  • Write user stories, product requirement documents, and clear product specifications with acceptance criteria.
  • Lead engineering teams in building and releasing features that meet customer needs.
  • Own existing and new construction workflow features end to end.
  • Communicate product value and releases to sales, marketing, customer success, and customers.
  • Conduct ongoing discovery with executives, field users, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Shape and execute the product roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in prioritization and product decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA/QC to address defects and improve processes.
  • Define success metrics for new features, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data.
  • Balance speed, quality, and business impact while delivering high-value solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or AI companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction, or product management experience building construction technology for field teams.
  • Experience owning 0-to-1 feature development from conception through launch.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of leading software initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a drive to deliver value at high velocity.
  • Experience deciding when to optimize for scale and reliability versus experimentation.
  • Clear point of view on product development best practices and the pragmatism to streamline process when speed matters.
  • Systems-thinking approach focused on root problems and scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to connect tactical execution to strategic impact.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and clearly articulate them to stakeholders.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Comfort leading deep technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • Preferred: Experience working on large, complex U.S. construction projects.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with lean construction, CPM scheduling, or short-interval/pull planning.
