Description

  • Lead strategy and execution for DashPass, one of the company’s highest-priority marketplace businesses.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on customer acquisition, customer value growth, and profitability improvements.
  • Define DashPass’s long-term vision and direction.
  • Create best-in-class customer experiences for the membership program.
  • Manage, develop, and hire a high-performing team.
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, and results to internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Set clarity and focus in complex, ambiguous business problem spaces.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to build the organization needed to deliver the strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant management experience.
  • Experience in a marketplace or subscription-focused business is preferred.
  • Founder experience is preferred.
  • A proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
  • Strong executive management and communication skills, including the ability to manage up and work across senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership maturity with the ability to attract, hire, retain, and scale a world-class organization.
  • Ability to create clarity and focus in complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling the team needed to execute a strategy.
  • Customer and experience orientation.
  • Bias to action, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Base salary range of $170,000 to $250,000 USD.
