Description

  • Lead strategy and execution for DashPass as a high-priority marketplace business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and marketing.
  • Own new benefit incubation to improve user engagement and retention.
  • Drive 0-to-1 initiatives from experimentation through launch and scaling.
  • Translate strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and results to teams and senior leadership.
  • Build and develop the team needed to execute the strategy.
  • Manage customer acquisition, customer value, and profitability initiatives for the business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant management experience.
  • Experience scaling products or initiatives from 0 to 1.
  • End-to-end ownership experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong executive management and communication skills, including managing up and across senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of driving significant company-wide impact.
  • Experience in a marketplace or subscription-focused business is ideal.
  • Founder experience is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Ability to work quickly and lead from the front in a bias-to-action environment.
