Description

  • Own the strategic roadmap for reporting, analytics, and restaurant insights infrastructure.
  • Partner with engineering to expand how data can be used across new contexts.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features and initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • Write clear product requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to roadmap development by identifying opportunities, defining scope, and prioritizing work against OKRs and business impact.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and drive adoption.
  • Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and use data to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use insights to guide iteration and decision-making.
  • Manage timelines, anticipate risks, and navigate trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2C environment.
  • 2+ years of experience building data products, analytics features, or AI/ML solutions, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to connect complex technical features to customer value and business outcomes such as ROI, adoption, and retention.
  • Track record of owning and delivering product features or initiatives end-to-end with measurable impact.
  • Comfort operating independently on product execution while collaborating across teams.
  • Highly analytical and able to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with Engineering and Design.
  • Effective communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
  • Naturally curious, customer-focused, and committed to improving products and processes.
