Description

  • Build clear-to-build (CTB) plans across a wide range of commodities, from fasteners to finished robots at the system level.
  • Create demand and supply planning models and track sourcing strategy performance to improve supply chain effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional issue resolution by breaking down problems and pushing teams toward results.
  • Maintain and actualize data across sites for material readiness, inventory management, and excess and obsolescence.
  • Provide strategic recommendations as material and supply needs evolve across supplier, manufacturing, and deployment sites.
  • Work hands-on with engineers and business leaders to support execution and commercial success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of materials readiness experience in consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, and/or AI projects.
  • MBA or Master's degree in an analytical field.
  • Significant experience with clear-to-build (CTB) and vendors in consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, and/or AI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to lead and organize efforts.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a mindset that no task is too big or too small.
  • Experience operating in highly visible, cross-functional environments (preferred).
  • Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain programs (preferred).
