Description

  • Define the strategy for large order fleet and delivery model improvements.
  • Own the strategy for dropoff quality and customer experience for recurring group orders.
  • Identify, size, and evaluate new product opportunities to drive future growth.
  • Validate customer pain points and demand for potential new investments.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Finance to prioritize initiatives.
  • Work closely with operators, field teams, product, and other stakeholders to execute plans.
  • Develop and lead 0-to-1 opportunities and create roadmaps for large order growth.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems and create playbooks where none exist.
  • Use data to form hypotheses and align cross-functional partners.
  • Drive short- and long-term execution across internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
  • Direct management experience is preferred.
  • High-growth startup experience scaling a business from 0 to 1 is preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and hitting goals in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
  • Intermediate SQL experience is strongly preferred.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset and comfort working with clients, merchants, and dashers.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments without a playbook.
  • First-principles thinking and strong sense of ownership.
