Description

  • Build and ship production AI agents and automations on Google Cloud Platform for daily workflows used by AE, AM, and CSM teams.
  • Translate well-defined GTM problems into shipped technical solutions, including prompt design, API integrations, and ROI instrumentation.
  • Partner with frontline reps and customer success teams as design partners to co-create, test, and iterate on solutions in production.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Product, Enablement, Customer Success, Sales, and FP&A to identify and solve high-value problems.
  • Contribute to shared AI developer infrastructure, including skills libraries, MCP integrations, and prompt frameworks.
  • Help establish reusable technical patterns and components for future GTM AI products as the function scales.
  • Work with the Senior GTM Engineer to deliver high-leverage AI workflows from the prioritized backlog.
  • Use feedback from end users to iterate quickly and improve adoption of internal tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building production software, data, or AI systems, ideally in a GTM, RevOps, or analytics engineering function at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and grounding models in business data.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tooling, particularly DBT and Fivetran.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and Salesforce APIs (SFDC).
  • Comfort with Google Cloud Platform tools including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine, and Secret Manager.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform.
  • Ability to scope ambiguous business problems, ship a working v1 quickly, and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Ability to extract requirements from non-technical stakeholders across Sales, CS, RevOps, and Finance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for partnering with non-technical GTM stakeholders.
  • Bias toward action and comfort in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience inside a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
