Description

  • Drive strategy and execution for merchant technology and operational initiatives across the live order management and hardware ecosystem.
  • Build structured analyses and business cases to assess operational performance, merchant adoption, and pilot or launch impact.
  • Scope, run, and scale data-driven pilots and experiments that improve merchant workflows and reduce operational friction.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and support growth initiatives for merchant adoption of live order management tools and tablet hardware.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Procurement, Sales, B2B Marketing, and international teams to align on and execute complex initiatives.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Improve processes and build scalable, repeatable operational solutions that create impact for merchants and the business.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, program management, technology, banking, or a related field.
  • High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort modeling in Excel.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives and working cross-functionally in a team-first environment.
  • Ability to independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
