Description

  • Track and analyze cost and quality metrics across strategic merchants to identify drivers of defects and savings opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dives into customer satisfaction and operational data to uncover root causes of quality issues.
  • Support the development of internal reporting tools that measure and monitor quality improvement efforts.
  • Structure and execute operational tests to evaluate solutions for defects such as lateness and in-store wait times.
  • Partner with Logistics, Analytics, and Product teams to scope and assess initiatives that improve logistics efficiency and quality.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance merchant and customer experience.
  • Analyze key quality metrics and help define north star metrics for performance improvement.
  • Partner with General Managers to identify and execute data-driven growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to influence the roadmap for quality-focused features.
  • Run structured experiments to determine the best ways to improve fulfillment quality.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and root causes using data.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Comfort working in a cross-functional environment with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organization and performance tracking abilities.
  • Bias for action and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Comfort working with data; SQL experience is a plus but not required.
