Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 industry and regional experts focused on commercial construction project coverage.
  • Oversee team performance, including performance reviews, employee development, scheduling, and performance-related issues.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to increase project data acquisition across target markets and outreach channels.
  • Analyze construction activity and regional performance to identify coverage gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and industry outreach to identify and evaluate new sources of project data.
  • Maintain target account and relationship lists, define outreach strategies, and assign actions to team members.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of regional project data sources and source repositories.
  • Use historical benchmarks and cross-regional comparisons to drive continuous data quality improvement.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support customer retention efforts in client meetings and presentations.
  • Represent Dodge at trade shows and industry events to build relationships and generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant leadership certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, construction management, or client operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for team operations and performance.
  • Experience managing customer interactions and building long-term client relationships.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and support retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to build internal partnerships across cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.
  • Effective written communication skills and strong problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Experience in the construction industry, remote work, or working with international teams preferred.
  • Management training or leadership certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
