Description

  • Conduct routine audits of project records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data standards.
  • Review sampled Dodge Reports to confirm the report data matches the underlying source data.
  • Perform verification calls and emails with architects, contractors, engineers, and other project participants to confirm project details.
  • Analyze audit results to identify data gaps, recurring errors, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide timely feedback to Data Stewards and managers on audit outcomes and corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of audit findings and contribute to data quality scorecards.
  • Collaborate with the Data Quality Management team to refine audit criteria and improve data governance frameworks.
  • Support process calibration and QA initiatives to drive consistent performance across the Content organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data quality auditing, content QA, research verification, or operational data validation.
  • Experience in construction, media, research, or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with professional phone verification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data review tools.
  • Comfort conducting outbound verification calls with industry professionals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, or similar CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience reviewing structured records in content management systems, CRMs, or research databases is preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction industry data or content workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from the continental United States, with preference for the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • A background check is required after a conditional job offer is made.
