Description

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Agentic Development across the software development lifecycle.
  • Prioritize capabilities that expand task coverage, improve first-pass pull request quality, and reduce rework.
  • Improve the agent’s ticket understanding, planning, validation, orchestration, and runtime reliability.
  • Instrument and track product, operational, and impact metrics to guide roadmap decisions and rollout plans.
  • Drive developer onboarding and adoption through templates, best practices, documentation, demos, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC policies, auditability requirements, and security and risk controls.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Development Productivity, Engineering, AI, Security, and domain teams to deliver scalable improvements.
  • Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, run controlled experiments and rollouts, and iterate based on outcomes.
  • Maintain operating artifacts such as decision logs, KPI trackers, and stakeholder requests.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including shipping and operating production code.
  • Fluency with Git, code review, CI/testing, and modern backend or frontend stacks.
  • 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent product ownership experience.
  • Experience in developer tools, platforms, ML/AI systems, or infrastructure is preferred.
  • Practical experience building with LLMs or agents, including function calling/tools, retrieval or context engineering, and evaluation harnesses.
  • Ability to balance AI capability with safety and cost considerations.
  • Ability to read and reference code and architecture, and prototype to de-risk ideas.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to define problem statements, metrics, and success criteria.
  • Comfort designing metrics, running experiments, and using telemetry to validate changes.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with proven stakeholder alignment ability.
  • Experience with agent orchestration or runtime frameworks such as Metaflow, Argo/Airflow, or LangGraph is a plus.
  • Experience with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or Langsmith is a plus.
  • Knowledge of knowledge base or MCP-style integrations, vector search/RAG, and developer-agent best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI and test strategies across Java, Go, Python, and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Experience with security scanning, dependency management, fintech/payments, or other regulated environments is a plus.
  • Experience with SDLC or audit requirements is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
