Description

  • Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to identify viral formats, hooks, and content styles.
  • Generate and adapt high-performing content ideas aligned with brand niches and marketing objectives.
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars for assigned brands.
  • Translate trends and viral ideas into structured posting plans and daily schedules across platforms.
  • Manage daily publishing across social media platforms, including uploading, formatting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and the marketing team to move content from ideation to production to publishing.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for different platforms, formats, ratios, lengths, and caption styles.
  • Make light edits when needed, such as trimming, captioning, and formatting content.
  • Manage multiple brand accounts, keeping profiles, bios, highlights, and branding consistently updated.
  • Track performance metrics such as views, engagement, reach, and retention, and refine content planning based on insights.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content execution.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Proven ability to identify trends and create viral content ideas.
  • Experience creating and managing content calendars.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in remote work environments.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency is preferred.
  • Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Premiere are preferred.
  • Understanding of UGC and performance-driven content is preferred.
