Description

  • Foster a lively, global community presence across major social platforms.
  • Regularly update and engage with the community on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of community events.
  • Model proactive, optimistic community engagement, including memes and discussion leadership.
  • Identify and elevate key community members who contribute to growth.
  • Promote and reinforce positive behavior within the community.
  • Coordinate multiple community initiatives while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • History of spearheading and expanding community projects within top-tier Layer 1 blockchains, DeFi protocols, or NFT ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing Web3 communities.
  • A track record of executing effective community growth strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nibiru’s blockchain tech stack, ecosystem stakeholders, and projects.
  • Competence in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends and dynamics in the broader Web3 space.
  • Remote work capability; the team operates worldwide and the role is available remotely.
  • Position available to start immediately.
