Description

  • Design ad concepts and creatives tailored to Meta (Feed, Reels, Stories, Lead Forms, WhatsApp), TikTok (In-Feed, Spark Ads), and Google Search (ad copy, angles, keyword-intent alignment).
  • Match creatives to funnel stage, campaign objective, and business model (lead gen, high-ticket, local services) and recommend the right platform and format for client goals.
  • Create campaign angles, hooks, offers, and high-converting scripts in Arabic and English focused on short-form performance rather than branding.
  • Build intentional creative variations to support testing and scaling and structure ads for performance-led experimentation.
  • Brief designers and video producers with clear visual direction, placement-specific requirements, shot lists, and text hierarchy; ensure assets meet platform specs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers on weekly creative testing plans, performance reviews, and iteration based on data.
  • Monitor and react to performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA), evaluate hook performance and ad fatigue, and iterate creatives accordingly.
  • Participate in onboarding and creative review calls, present ideas confidently, push back when requests conflict with performance, and translate feedback into actionable creative improvements.
  • Research and break down top-performing UAE and KSA ads, track cultural/seasonal/platform trends, and prepare monthly creative summaries of learnings and next tests.

Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong English (written and spoken).
  • Direct experience creating paid ads for UAE or Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Search ads, including platforms, formats, objectives, and how creative impacts results.
  • Proven experience writing Arabic ad scripts and a real portfolio of work (no theory decks).
  • Experience in at least two of the following industries: real estate; restaurants / F&B; clinics / aesthetic clinics; business setup; hospitality.
  • Confident presenting ideas on client calls and able to push back when necessary.
  • Ability to translate data and client feedback into actionable creative improvements.
  • This role is focused on paid advertising creative work—not an admin role or social media/content-posting assistant role.
