Description

  • Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, salary negotiations, and offer extensions.
  • Source qualified applicants through job boards and other recruiting methods.
  • Screen candidates by phone or Microsoft Teams to assess qualifications against job requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Request referrals and build a database of technical candidates for future opportunities.
  • Present qualified resumes and explain candidate qualifications to stakeholders.
  • Track recruiting activity and candidate information in internal databases.
  • Collaborate with DSN team members to support client staffing needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably with social services, cost allocation, or consulting services.
  • Ability to network and identify active and passive candidates through relationship building and trust.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented approach with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Strong accountability and results focus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interview and assess candidates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
