Description

  • Architect and build a production multi-agent system that operates across ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, email, analytics, and compliance systems.
  • Build and maintain MCP integrations that connect the harness to real business systems.
  • Own production concerns end-to-end, including reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
  • Define scope, make architecture and tradeoff decisions, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Work directly with the CTO and collaborate with product, engineering, and design on the AI-native roadmap.
  • Design the product from a user-first perspective, not just a technical architecture.
  • Proactively identify risks, raise open questions, and bring structured solutions before blockers emerge.
  • Stay current on agent frameworks, harness toolkits, and MCP standards, and adopt better approaches as they emerge.
  • Use hands-on tools such as Claude Code in the build process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS applications.
  • Hands-on experience building multi-agent harnesses in production, not just prototypes or personal projects.
  • Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations used in production.
  • Strong understanding of production system concerns: reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
  • Experience operating across both product and engineering, including scope ownership and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and LangGraph.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup with fewer than 20 engineers in ambiguous, unstructured environments.
  • Low-ego, team-first mentality focused on shipped outcomes.
  • Clear, proactive communication and comfort raising concerns before being asked.
  • Preferred background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software.
  • Experience with UX design.
  • Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration, including evaluation frameworks and agent-to-agent protocols.
  • Experience using Claude Code or similar tools to build products independently.
  • Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
