Description

  • Maintain the strategic initiative portfolio, including milestone tracking, status reporting, and executive visibility.
  • Coordinate executive committee meetings, follow up on action items, and track accountability.
  • Maintain governance documentation, operating standards, policies, procedures, and strategic records.
  • Support development of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.
  • Track progress against strategic objectives and identify risks, delays, and dependencies for leadership attention.
  • Support acquisition due diligence, information requests, and document management.
  • Coordinate integration workstreams, timelines, milestones, and post-close follow-up activities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, reports, and executive updates.
  • Support board, executive, and strategic planning materials and recurring executive reviews.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, strategy execution, consulting, program management, corporate development support, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive leadership with professionalism, discretion, and follow-through.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting executive operations, strategic initiatives, PMO activities, governance programs, or acquisition-related activities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content development, and workflow management while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and responsible use.
