Description

  • Own end-to-end payroll processes for assigned clients.
  • Ensure compliance with US and/or Canadian federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies before they affect payroll runs.
  • Optimize payroll and HR operations workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support client delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and extension of each client’s HR and payroll team.
  • Manage multiple clients while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll, managed services, or consulting.
  • Experience running payroll in the US or Canada; experience in both is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, ADP, Gusto, UKG, or Deel.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Experience supporting US-based clients, with some global exposure.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
  • Location in Colombia, México, Perú, Guatemala, or Honduras.
