Description

  • Lead and train AI agents to build core products, owning most of the development workflow.
  • Perform backend engineering and fine-tuning for secure payment systems.
  • Act as a conductor of an AI-driven development process, focusing on strategy rather than routine coding.
  • Identify AI-generated errors and optimize logic in Node.js and JavaScript backend code.
  • Automate solutions to bottlenecks and improve development efficiency.
  • Support high-traffic application performance and data integrity.
  • Contribute to cloud-based infrastructure work with an emphasis on security and speed.
  • Use front-end knowledge where needed to support high-performing advertising systems.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript with substantial backend engineering experience.
  • Experience developing high-traffic applications that require strong performance and data integrity.
  • Must reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with full legal work eligibility.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to automate solutions to bottlenecks.
  • Experience with Google Cloud or Cloudflare is preferred.
  • Knowledge of fintech systems, including multi-currency payments and financial data management, is preferred.
  • Front-end skills to support high-performing advertising systems are preferred.
