Description

  • Design, develop, customize, and improve the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
  • Build new functionality and proactively enhance existing automations, code, performance, and user experience across Salesforce.
  • Participate in and influence architectural and coding decisions within the development team.
  • Apply advanced Field Service Lightning (FSL) expertise to improve scheduling, dispatching, and field operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Salesforce with third‑party applications and external systems via APIs.
  • Evaluate and prioritize projects and tasks in partnership with internal teams, balancing urgent needs and long‑term strategy.
  • Manage deployments, sandboxes, change sets, and version control to ensure stable and seamless releases.
  • Use ClickUp to manage work items, track progress, and coordinate with the development team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, specifically with Apex or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technical solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2), Salesforce Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning Experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, sharing rules).
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
  • Experience with API and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
  • Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and strategic problem‑solving skills.
  • Availability to work a Home Office schedule corresponding to 9am–5pm MST.
