Description

  • Analyze tender documents, annexes, and requirements to define bid strategy and compliance needs.
  • Build requirements matrices covering technical, administrative, solvency, and evaluation criteria.
  • Prepare milestone calendars, clarification questions, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
  • Develop technical proposals end to end, including methodology, planning, architecture, accessibility, cybersecurity, QA, scalability, sustainability, and gender perspective.
  • Write proposal annexes such as project plans, schedules, RACI charts, risk management plans, test plans, training/support plans, and data protection documentation.
  • Format and structure proposals using templates, styles, references, and advanced layout tools such as InDesign.
  • Adapt technical narratives and storytelling for different sectors and create project scripts tailored to each context.
  • Translate technical requirements for VR/AR, 3D, AI/ML, UX/UI, and development teams and coordinate internal inputs such as CVs, case studies, and visual assets.
  • Manage clarifications, corrections, documentation control, and final deliverables to ensure tender compliance.
  • Analyze scoring results, participate in debriefs when applicable, and maintain reusable content libraries, playbooks, and proposal repositories.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in technology tendering and technical proposal writing.
  • Strong knowledge of LCSP, PCAP/PPT, evaluation criteria, solvency requirements, and UTEs.
  • Experience with software, XR (VR/AR), 3D, AI/ML, or digital product development.
  • Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers and validate wireframes and accessibility.
  • Advanced document formatting and layout skills using InDesign or an equivalent tool.
  • Excellent Spanish writing and technical communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Office and Google Workspace.
  • English B2/C1 and/or Catalan is preferred.
  • Experience with I+D+i programs such as AEI, CDTI, or Horizon Europe is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0/5.0, digital twins, serious games, blockchain, tourism/culture, or education/training is preferred.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum are preferred.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards such as UNE-EN 301 549 or WCAG is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Spain schedule).
  • Monthly salary of $1,700 to $1,800.
  • Eligible for candidates based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize.
  • Full-time employment.
