Description

  • Answer all inbound service inquiries by phone as the primary point of contact for families and referral partners.
  • Communicate service options, rates, strengths, and value clearly and confidently to prospects.
  • Convert callers into scheduled care consults and support consult-team scheduling.
  • Log every inquiry, call, and follow-up and maintain clean, accurate records in Salesforce and WellSky.
  • Perform follow-up calls to prospects and conduct QA calls with current clients to ensure service quality.
  • Support the sales team in an SDR-style capacity by maintaining consistent outreach and pipeline activity.
  • Handle general day-to-day phone communications for the team and manage referral interactions.
  • Coordinate lunch-and-learn events with hospitals and community partners.
  • Support marketing efforts by setting appointments, organizing materials, and assisting light marketing tasks.
  • Ensure timely responses to inbound inquiries and contribute to consistent weekly activity levels and positive client feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background with proven phone-based conversion experience.
  • Clear, professional communication in English.
  • Ability to explain rates, services, and processes confidently to prospects and families.
  • Strong follow-up habits and a self-driven, steady work ethic.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs; familiarity with WellSky is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to keep clean, accurate CRM data.
  • Ability to stay organized across multiple systems and manage competing tasks.
  • Professional and empathetic approach when interacting with prospects and clients.
  • Availability for a full-time, remote role open to candidates across Mexico.
  • Experience conducting QA/client follow-ups and supporting sales pipeline health (preferred).
