Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to deliver work on time and on budget.
  • Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to manage account budgets and forecasts.
  • Track financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Support internal resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of project management experience at a pharmaceutical marketing agency.
  • Proven experience building and managing client relationships.
  • Track record of delivering pharmaceutical marketing solutions in scope, on time, and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance and the MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical industry projects (preferred).
  • Contract role requiring 30-40 hours per week and availability during Eastern time zone hours.
