Description

  • Build and maintain customer health scores using indicators such as order frequency, dispute rate, response time, fill rate, and satisfaction.
  • Produce weekly at-risk account reports with drivers behind health-score changes.
  • Develop churn propensity models to identify accounts at risk 30–60 days before potential churn.
  • Automate renewal dashboards with win-probability estimates and automated reporting.
  • Generate expansion, market-share, service-behavior, and SLA-upgrade insights by account.
  • Create customer value reports, executive dashboards, and business-review decks for account teams and leadership.
  • Maintain data connections across internal databases, CRM platforms, and Power BI or Tableau.
  • Implement automated health-score alerts for Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.
  • Document data definitions, standardize reporting, and partner with Operations and IT to resolve source data-quality issues.
  • Lead analytics AI adoption, develop self-service query interfaces, and validate AI-generated insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Specialist; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment; spare-parts experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build actionable dashboards that drive business decisions.
  • Knowledge of service supply-chain and spare-parts logistics metrics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience connecting to ERP and WMS data sources.
  • Working knowledge of Python or a similar analysis language, including pandas and basic statistics.
  • Familiarity with CRM data structures, including HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Ability to translate business questions into data requirements, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Customer-centric mindset and current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
