Description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology, data integration, and change management projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define objectives and alignment.
  • Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, operational processes, and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of technology, digital transformation, or data-focused projects.
  • Strong background in data integration, system migrations, and change management.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Experience working within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and system implementation projects.
  • Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or other business-critical platforms.
  • Experience managing ICT infrastructure projects is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 is desirable.
  • Experience applying project management frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar methodologies.
  • Relevant Project Management or Microsoft certifications are highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering capabilities.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving client requirements.
