Description

  • Own end-to-end producing and project management for flagship accounts, including budgets, schedules, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead Producers and/or Project Managers across all accounts and help set process, productivity, and profitability standards.
  • Work with Creative and Production teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate client communication, requests, and project requirements directly or through the client servicing team.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and remove roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee vendor management and approval processes.
  • Mentor the US project management and video production team to ensure quality and process compliance.
  • Track and analyze project delivery, resource management, and team performance metrics.
  • Recommend best practices and improve operational efficiency across resource management, delivery, budgeting, and contracts.
  • Support or lead pitches and RFPs.
  • Work independently on flagship accounts and contribute to company initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management at a production house or in-house agency.
  • Experience managing the full project lifecycle for multifaceted campaigns and projects.
  • High-level understanding of design and motion graphics, plus post-production workflows across editing, VFX, and sound.
  • Experience managing teams and resource planning.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve, pivot, and implement solutions.
  • Agency or production house experience; social media experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with project and resource management tools such as Airtable.
  • Technical understanding of production software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Shoot production or 3D production experience is a bonus.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in any U.S. time zone.
