Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for assigned team members on People & Culture questions.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with assigned team members to track work allocation and identify issues.
  • Communicate team feedback to the Customer Success team and join client meetings to resolve issues.
  • Attend monthly meetings with the Customer Success team and clients and share team member feedback when needed.
  • Maintain HRIS records in BambooHR with support from the People & Culture Administrator.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding support from contract signature through the team member’s first day.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with the Customer Success team, clients, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Support Learning & Development policies, programs, and practices for team members.
  • Ensure development plans, annual training, and quarterly reviews are in place and maintained.
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration and keep remuneration and benefits information updated in the HRIS.
  • Ensure performance reviews are completed according to policy and support follow-up on performance improvement plans.
  • Support HR initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and organizational change efforts.
  • Assess organizational culture and employee sentiment and implement action plans to address issues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Business Partner (BP) role.
  • Consulting and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources organizational policies and practices.
  • Relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation.
  • Knowledge of current legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
