Description

  • Configure and maintain software platforms to meet client and organisational requirements.
  • Set up workflows, forms, business rules, user permissions, security roles, and system settings.
  • Support software implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Perform testing and validation of configuration changes.
  • Provide application support through multiple support channels and resolve application-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and track timely resolution of support requests.
  • Deliver training for end users, administrators, and management teams.
  • Develop user guides, training resources, knowledge base content, and system documentation.
  • Work with clients to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
  • Develop expertise across multiple platforms and stay current with industry developments, software updates, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and user training capabilities.
  • Experience configuring, administering, or supporting business applications and software platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Proven customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and process instructions.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Experience within aged care, disability, healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit organisations is desirable.
  • Exposure to Client Management Systems, CRM platforms, workforce management systems, or cloud-based business applications is desirable.
  • Experience with platforms such as AlayaCare, Carelink, Nightingale, Zoho, HubSpot, Employment Hero, or similar solutions is desirable.
  • Understanding of aged care operations, Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS, or related programs is desirable.
  • Experience supporting software implementation, system upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
