Description

  • Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical solutions using the DigitalGenius platform.
  • Configure workflows, integrations, and automation logic for customer implementations.
  • Design and implement APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects from post-sales through go-live.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across connected systems.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to align technical delivery with customer outcomes.
  • Advise customers on best practices for scalability, optimization, and advanced use cases.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product, including feature gaps and roadmap input.
  • Participate in beta testing and product validation initiatives.
  • Continuously improve automation performance, AI accuracy, documentation, and internal best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building and debugging APIs and integrations, including Postman, JSON, webhooks, auth tokens/headers, OAuth, pagination, and error handling.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reliable automation workflows with clear decision logic and attention to edge cases and data mapping.
  • Hands-on Python experience writing and shipping Python used by others, such as integrations, automation scripts, services, or internal tools.
  • Ability to explain technical design choices and describe how solutions were tested and debugged.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and writing clear notes and documentation.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
  • Interest or experience with AI/LLMs, including prompting, classification, guardrails, and evaluation, especially in support automation.
  • Experience with low-code or workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, n8n, Salesforce Flow, ServiceNow, Power Automate, or Retool, or a proven ability to learn config-heavy tools quickly.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or OMS workflows, especially Shopify, including orders, fulfilments, returns/refunds, customer data, tags/statuses, and webhooks.
  • Experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar CRM systems.
