Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive campaign timelines and schedules.
  • Create and maintain project calendars to keep work on track.
  • Provide accurate estimates for small projects.
  • Review project management software to confirm tasks are completed, quality-checked, and closed out.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Communicate client campaign objectives and manage internal communications for asset development.
  • Ensure creative assets follow campaign aesthetics, specifications, and client brand guidelines.
  • Download, label, and upload video and photo files as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all project management activities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software or tools.
  • Ability to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
  • Availability for occasional nights and weekends.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Position is limited to U.S.-based employees and is not eligible for international remote work.
