Description

  • Oversee monthly consolidated reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, and ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate annual financial statement preparation, including management accounts, IFRS consolidation, transfer pricing, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Manage the reinternalization of the monthly closing process for the US acquisition in coordination with the external US accounting firm.
  • Own accounting operations across the group, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany transactions.
  • Act as the primary contact for auditors and coordinate audit work.
  • Oversee cash collection and maintain the short-term cash-flow forecast.
  • Lead the upcoming ERP implementation.
  • Contribute to due diligence, refinancing, or exit processes as needed.
  • Support annual budget preparation with the FP&A analyst and CFO.
  • Document and strengthen intercompany accounting procedures, resolve discrepancies, and propose process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, controls, audit, transaction services, or a similar industry background.
  • Experience in a similar role within a multi-entity group, LBO, or SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in French and English, with the ability to handle day-to-day oral and written communication with French, US, and UK teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a high-growth environment and able to contribute both strategically and hands-on.
  • Strong interest in automation and modern finance tooling, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Prior ERP implementation experience with systems such as Netsuite or Sage100 is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
