Description

  • Serve as the outsourced financial leader for a portfolio of SMB clients with $3M–$50M in revenue.
  • Own client financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs used by leadership for decision-making.
  • Translate monthly financial results into actionable guidance for owners and management teams.
  • Advise clients on pricing, labor efficiency, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Support clients in building teams that think, decide, and own outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the firm’s methodology, delivery, and tools based on client engagements.
  • Manage multiple client engagements at once in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Work directly with business owners and leadership teams during business hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of financial leadership experience in roles such as CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, Principal Consultant, or Business Owner.
  • Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses with $3M–$100M+ in annual revenue.
  • Proven ability to improve profitability, expand margins, and optimize cash flow through financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Previous business owner or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
  • Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
  • Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week during business hours.
